Zusammenfassung: | A lead free silver conductive paste for solar cell applications comprises TeO2, Bi2O3 and ZnO metal oxides which are in crystalline form. The particle size distribution D90 is less than or equal to 5 micrometres and D50 is less than or equal to 2 micrometres. Increasing the ZnO composition > 10% by weight relative to total metal compound excluding Ag compounds and using smaller metal oxide particle sizes is beneficial to solar cell performance. The percentage weight range for TeO2 is 40-60% and for Bi2O3 in the range 12 to 25%. Further oxides of lithium (eg LiO2) and magnesium (MgO) may also be present. |
