Zusammenfassung: | Current sensing circuitry 300 comprises a differential amplifier 310 with first and second inputs to sense a current across a sense resistance RSENSE, and an output 315 for a current sense signal. The circuitry further comprises a first current source ICOMP1, a second current source ICOMP2 and a switch or chopping network 316 operable in: a first phase in which the first current source is connected to the first input and disconnected from the output, and the second current source is connected to the output and disconnected from the first input; and a second phase in which the first current source is connected to the output and disconnected from the first input, and the second current source is connected to the first input and disconnected from the output. The amplifier may be a differential chopper amplifier. The current sources may alternatively be current sinks. The amplifier may be the first stage of a circuit comprising a second stage current to voltage converter and a third stage ADC. |
