Zusammenfassung:An iron-type golf club head 102 comprising a face (110, Figure 3) comprising a flat ball striking surface 109 with a plurality of grooves. The head also comprises a rear surface 111 and a body 108 having hosel 126, heel side 116, toe side 117, toe surface 118, top surface 112, and sole surface 114. The toe surface connects the top surface to the sole surface. An elongated channel 180 is located in the sole surface and is spaced backward from leading edge 122. The channel has a depth of recession from the sole surface and has a length defined between a first end 181 located on the heel side and a second end 182. The first end is located on the sole surface and the second end is located on the toe surface. The second end comprises a channel toe height defined by a distance from the ground plane. The channel has a forward wall (184, Figure 11) and a rear wall (186, Figure 11) with an acute angle between them. A plurality of removable weighting elements 194, comprising threading, are positioned on the sole and toe surfaces. Said elements are separate from and positioned rearward of the channel.
