Zusammenfassung: | A cosmetic gel stick based on a fatty acid salt (soap) comprising: 5-7 % sodium salt of at least one C10-C30 alkane carboxylic acid (which may be substituted with at least one hydroxyl group), preferably the sodium salt of decanoic acid, undecanoic acid, dodecanoic acid, 1,2-hydroxydodecaonic acid, 12-hydroystearic acid, tridecanoic acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, isosteric acid, eicosamoic acid, or behenic acid; 60-80 % liquid polyol selected from C2-C9 alkanols with 2-6 hydroxy groups or polyethylene glycols with 3-10 ethylene oxide units; 10-35 % water; and 0.005-0.15 % liquid linear polydimethylsiloxane. The polyol may be a mixture of 1,2-propanediol and dipropylene glycol comprising 20-80 % dipropylene glycol. The stick optionally comprises: at least one deodorant active and/or fragrance, preferably glyceryl monoalkyl or monoalkenyl esters; 0-0.3 % non-ionic oil-in-water emulsifier which is not a glyceryl monoalkyl or monoalkenyl ester; 0.1-2 % non-ionic oil-in-water emulsifier selected from a glyceryl monoalkyl or monoalkenyl ester; 0-3 % ethanol; polypropylene glycols with 20-35 propylene oxide units; polyethylene glycol/polypropylene glycol copolymers; and trimethylsiloxysilicate/dimethicone crosspolymers. |
