Zusammenfassung:	A connector 10 for releasably rotatably coupling an enteral feeding solution supply tube to a circular port 104 of a gastrostomy device 100 comprises a fluid conduit having first and second connection ends 12,14 and a pair of arms 20 circumferentially arranged around an outer wall 26 of the first end 12 of the fluid conduit, each arm pivotably connected between its free ends 22,24 by a flexible bridge 28 to the conduit and having an engagement catch 32 for releasable engagement with a circumferential rim 106 on the circular port 104. Also disclosed is a connector lock (figure 6) having a hooks on a cover hinged to a collar; a port-sealing cap (figure 7) comprising a plug with a grooved circumferential ring; and the positioning of a flanged non-return valve to inhibit deflection by the user (figure 8).
