Zusammenfassung:A method for operating an autonomous mobile robot AMR based on a payload sensing comprising: determining the centre of gravity (CoG) of the payload on a platform of the AMR 705, determining which area of a plurality of predefined areas of the platform the payload CoG is positioned in 706, and determining one or more drive parameters 707 for the AMR based on the determined area of the platform on which the payload CoG is positioned, the one or more drive parameters limiting the transport speed of the AMR while the payload is being carried thereon. A corresponding system and AMR are also disclosed.
