Zusammenfassung:[Solution] To make it possible to avoid work seating from becoming fixed, and to indicate work seats taking into account the requests of users. [Solution] A processor 22 of a facility management apparatus 2 acquires video images from a camera 1 installed in a work area, detects the presence of a worker in each work seat on the basis of said video images, extracts work seats which are empty on the basis of those detection results, and according to an operation of a user specifying selection conditions with respect to the work environment, selects, from among vacant work seats, work seats which meet the selection criteria specified by the user, as candidate work seats, and generates work seat indication information which indicates candidate work seats to the user.
