Light cover

A cover or bag for traffic lights, or traffic signals capable of being installed from ground level without the use of a ladder. The cover comprises a formed sheet of PVC material or similar with eyelets 3 and hoops 4, the hoops may be retained in an open arrangement my means of rivets 7. A solid block insert 16 acts as a stiffener that enables the cover to remain in an open position when lifted by means of a pole (11, fig 5) with a hook (12, fig 5) such that it can be lowered over the traffic lights. A lip 10 on the part of the PVC cover that engages the backboard of the traffic lights helps to position the cover. Elasticated cords 6 tie around the traffic lights pole.
