Track exercise device

A track exercise device comprising two parallel tracks 102,104 and four platforms or carriages 106, 108, 110, 112 that are movable, for example via rollers (182, figure 10), wherein there are two carriages on each of the rails. There are also means for attaching the platforms to each other, such as a rotatable hook (136, figure 7), and tilting means, such as a detachable leg (140, figure 12), allowing flat or inclined movement. There may also be additional support bars (174, 176, 178, 180, figure 9) forming double tracks with the parallel tracks. There may also be elastic bands for resistance or assistance, detachable handles, such as pulleys or grip bars (210, figure 16), and a detachable platform (216, figure 20) to perform squats, for example. Also disclosed is an attachment means (130, 132, figures 6a and 6b) for two movable platforms comprising detachable connecting parts arranged in holes of the platforms.
