Unexpected situation scenario realization system and its method for maintenance and performance evaluation of traffic information collection apparatus

A system for maintenance and performance evaluation of a traffic information collection apparatus may comprise a central control device (100, Fig.2) provided inside a vehicle 20 to realize and control an unexpected situation scenario; rear and front vehicle cameras (200, Fig.2) to film the scenario; a controller (300, Fig.2), associated with the central control device, to process an algorithm of the scenario; and a traffic information collection apparatus 400 installed in a roadside to detect the scenario and collect traffic information. The unexpected situation may be the vehicle coming to a sudden stop or reverse-driving; emergence of a pedestrian (50, Fig.6) or an object 50 falling from the vehicle (e.g. when dropped by electromagnet (700, Fig.2). The central control device may record the time of the unexpected situation, camera images and data received from a RF detection apparatus (500, Fig.2) carried by the pedestrian.
