Cell processing container, cell processing system and methods of use thereof

A cell processing container 200 for use in cell and/or gene therapy manufacture. The container has a top section and a base section which are substantially parallel. A wall element is arranged between the top section and the base section and defines an internal lumen of the container. The wall element is compressible with respect to the top and base sections. The wall element is composed of a flexible material. The cell processing container comprises at least one sterile connector end (empty connector) configured to couple with a further sterile connector end of a further container 11. When connected, the further container 11 is in fluid connection with the lumen of the cell processing container 200. The sterile connector can be coupled to a pinch valve (not shown) embedded in the cell processing container. The cell processing container can contain one or more of the auxiliary containers 11. The auxiliary container can have a top section parallel with a base. The auxiliary container can have flexible walls that can be compressible with respect to the top and base sections of the auxiliary container 11.
