Terminal assembly and speaker having terminal assembly

The speaker includes a magnetic circuit system 28 and a voice coil 21. The leads 26a, 26b extending from the voice coil are coupled with a two-part terminal assembly 31, 32 located at an open shaft or passageway that passes through the magnetic circuit system28. The terminal assembly includes: a first part 31 and a second part 32 and the leads n26a, 26b may pass through the assembly or be coupled to wires (313a, 313b, 323a, 323b fig 3B) within the assembly. The first part 31 has a T shape and is attached to an upper plate of the speaker. An upper portion of the second part 32 is engaged with a lower portion of the first part. The two wires pass through the first part and the second part, and the two leads are respectively connected to the two wires on the top portion of the first part (fig 3A). Air vent passageways 321 extend through the terminal assembly (figs 4, 6).
