Ductile iron pipe lined with plastic pipe liner and method for manufacturing same

Provided are a cast iron pipe lined with a plastic pipe liner and a manufacturing method thereof. The cast iron pipe lined with a plastic pipe liner comprises a cast iron pipe and a plastic composite tubing. The plastic composite tubing comprises an outer hot-melt adhesive coating and an inner plastic pipe. The plastic composite tubing is formed by means of on-line manufacturing. Sand, grit or shot blasting is performed on an inner wall of the cast iron pipe having undergone polishing. The plastic composite tubing is pulled into the processed cast iron pipe. The plastic composite tubing is cooled after two ends thereof have been sealed and inflation and heating have been performed. The plastic composite tubing is firmly adhered to the cast iron pipe, and then trimming, spraying and marking are performed. The present invention overcomes defects of existing ductile cast iron pipes lined with cement mortar liners, epoxy resin liners or epoxy ceramic liners, is applicable to various fields including water supply, fuel gas supply, water draining, sewage draining, and heating, and is an ideal water supply tubing.
