Zusammenfassung:	The method comprises locating separate inserts 106, 112 in the interior of each of the two hollow members 100, 102 and joining the separate inserts together to form an interconnection between the two hollow members. The hollow members are elongate and extend perpendicularly to each other and the interconnection of the two hollow members is formed between an end of the first hollow member 100 and a location on a second one of the hollow member 104 which is intermediate the ends thereof. An opening may be cut in the second hollow member to enable the insert of the second hollow member to be located therein in order to join the insert located in the end of the first hollow member. Also disclosed is a method of connecting three hollow members, a method of joining members some of which are hollow and a method of forming part of a frame for a bay cill for a bay window.
