Zusammenfassung: | An electricity meter (Fig. 1) comprising an electrically-controlled electromechanical switch (3, Fig. 1) is disclosed. The electromechanical switch comprises a rotary actuator 6 comprising a generally-cylindrical permanent magnet rotor 18, a stator 34 comprising a closed stator core formed with opposite stator poles inwardly-projecting towards the rotor (37, Fig 6), and separate coils wound around each stator. The electromechanical switch comprises a switch (7, Fig. 1) comprising at least one pair of contacts (8, 9, Fig. 1) wherein one contact is movable. The electromechanical switch comprises a mechanical linkage between the rotary actuator and the movable contact(s) configured such that rotation of the rotor from one angular position to a second angular position opens or closes the switch. The rotator may comprise a one-piece bobbin (67 fig. 15a). |
