Chromatography column

Obtained is a column in which, at the time of chromatography, a filler can be supplied in an optimally compressed state, and a test-object-containing mobile phase is prevented from leaking out from a tube. A column 10 is provided mainly with a cylindrical tube 100, a plug 200, a first filter 310, a second filter 320, a stopper 400, and a connector 500. The tube 100 is provided mainly with: a cylindrical storage part 110 with a bottom; and a bottom-side connection part 130 which is cylindrical and which is connected to the bottom of the storage part 110. The storage part 110 and the bottom-side connection part 130 are coaxially provided. The plug 200 is provided mainly with: a coaxially provided cylindrical outer cylindrical part 210; and an inner cylindrical part 220 provided on the inner circumferential side of the outer cylindrical part 210. The first filter 310 and the second filter 320 are such that a filler 330 cannot pass therethrough. The stopper 400 is provided mainly with a stopper gripping part 401 and a stopper insertion part 402. The connector 500 is provided mainly with a connector gripping part 501 and a connector insertion part 502.
