Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:A stabilisation system 12 comprises a base 16 for attachment to a first object, a telescopic element 18 having a first portion 20 rotatably engaged with the base, and a second portion 22 linearly slidably engaged with the first portion. The second portion has an attachment portion 24 adapted for reception of a second object. The system includes a plurality of linear actuators 28, each linear actuator having a first portion 30 rotatably engaged with the base, and a second portion 32 linearly slidably engaged with the first portion of the actuator concerned, and rotatably engaged with the second portion 22 of the telescopic element. Each linear actuator 28 drives the second portion 32 linearly with respect to the first portion 30. The rotational engagement may be made by rotational bearing elements. A control unit may receive sensor data for a position of the attachment element and control the extension of the linear actuators. The stabilisation system may be a support structure for a camera and the base may be attached to a vehicle (figures 1-2).
