Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a method for displaying messages using body-worn electronic display devices. The method starts by a first a first electronic device 20 receiving proximity data indicating a distance between the display device and a second electronic display device 42. The first device then receives orientation data for the displays. A distributed message for display is determined based on the proximity data, and the orientation data. The distributed message includes a first part 120 for display on the first electronic display device and a second part 122 for display on the second electronic display device. The method includes determining that a first viewing angle of a first display of the first electronic display device is a private viewing angle, and determining that a second viewing angle of a second display of the first electronic display device is a public viewing angle. The first message is then displayed on the first display and not on the second display.
