Zusammenfassung: | A solvent comprises levoglucosenone or dihydrolevoglucosenone or a derivative thereof for fabricating an organic electronic device, having an organic layer comprising an organic semiconductor layer and organic gate insulator layer. The solvents may b used for the passivation layer. The solvents can also be used to form formulation comprising a photopatterning material. The cross-linking material may compriose monomeric, oligomeric and polymeric precursors, which may be an epoxy group and may be crosslinkable via a thiol - ene or a thiol (alkyl)acrylate reaction or via a thermal azide alkyne cycloaddition reaction. THe crosslinkable composition may compromise a polyimide and/or a cyclollefinic polymer and/or a poly(vinylphenol) derivative. The ormualtion may also comprise at least one of a cross-linking agent, a photoacid generator, a hardening agent, an antioxidant agent, a surfactant and a filler. The composition may also comprise a cosolvent. |
