Zusammenfassung: | The multilayer hollow ball has a central, base layer 1, and four coating layers 2, 3, 4, 5, sequentially attached to each other. Both the base layer 1 and the first coating layer 2 are formed by splicing a number of pieces into a spherical structure, via interlocking, abutting edges 9 of either stepped Z-shapes or a concave-convex fitting in a U-shape. The second coating layer 3 is fabric. The interlocking abutting edges 9 may make the base layer 1 more stable. The base layer 1 may be PU foam and the second to fourth coating layers 3, 4, 5 may be plastic foam. The abutting edges 9 of the base layer 1 or first coating layer 2 may be bonded by glue or hot-press fitting. The ball may never need to be inflated. The layers may be attached to each other by bonding layers 6, 7, 8, e.g. glue. |
