Zusammenfassung:	A mobile power conditioning system that does not require a battery comprises an energy-capturing assembly and a power conditioner. The energy-capturing assembly converts captured energy into an electric-power input. The power conditioner comprises an input terminal, a primary-output terminal, a controller and a secondary output terminal. The power conditioner receives the electrical power input and delivers a conditioned electrical power output. The primary-output terminal is configured to receive and transfer part or all of the conditioner output to a primary load. The controller regulates the transfer of an un-transferred portion of the conditioner output to the secondary output terminal so that an aggregated draw from the first output terminal and the second output terminal is less than or equal to the conditioner output. The secondary output terminal is configured to transfer the un-transferred portion of the electrical power input to a secondary load.
