Zusammenfassung:A method of combining a UHF long-range tag and a short-range near field (NFC) tag by using the coil of the NFC tag as part of the UHF tag structure. The tag could be included in a bottle cap so as to capacitively couple the UHF signal to a fluid in the bottle. In this manner current flow in the antenna is increased and more power is provided to the UHF part tag. In one embodiment the UHF and near-field chips are separate, while in another a dual-frequency single chip integrated circuit is used. The bottle cap could harvest energy from a reader and could be assisted by a battery. The bottle cap could also have means for indicating when an attempt has been made to tamper with the bottle.
