Zusammenfassung:A saddle 125 for a jack 100, the jack 100 having a frame 105, a lifting portion moveable relative to the frame 105, and a saddle base 115 coupled to the lifting portion including a first opening 120. The saddle comprising: a lift portion 150 including a lift point interface 155; and an engagement member 140 extending from the lift portion 150 and adapted to engage the first opening 120, the engagement member 140 includes an indent 145 adapted to engage a retention member (see figures 3 to 5) disposed in the saddle base 115 to detainably couple the saddle 125 to the saddle base 115 of the jack 100. The detent retention mechanism may be one of a ball and spring (figure 3), a pin designed to engage an indent (figure 4) or a pin biased by a spring designed to engage an indent (figure 5). There may be multiple saddles 125 each designed to support a specific load (figures 6 to 11).
