Zusammenfassung:	A fluid deployment apparatus 100 e.g. a transportable bidet comprising a discharging vessel 106 and an outlet 110. The discharging vessel is arranged in use to discharge fluid through the outlet under the action of a resilient member such as a constant force spring (138, Figure 2) which may urge the fluid from the discharging vessel at a constant force; a plurality of springs may also be used. The fluid may be introduced to the discharging vessel from a charging vessel 104 through a one-way valve (118, Figure 2). The discharging vessel may comprise an expandable container such as a bellows (124, Figure 2) upon which the constant force spring may act. Also disclosed is a method of deploying a fluid using the apparatus.
