Resource Management system and method

A method 250 of using a management resource system 310 comprises; populating a database with intellectual property (IP) related data, the data comprising a first deadline date and a first deadline type; calculating a second deadline based on the first deadline; forming a request for a service based on the first deadline type; receiving a service description related to the request; and executing a communication using the received service description at the second deadline. The IP related data may be patent data, and the service request may be made to service providers 320, 322 to make an equivalent application such as a PCT application, an EP application or a Chinese application. The service request may be to enter the national phase of an existing PCT application. The deadlines may be based on a priority date of the patent data, and the second deadline may be calculated using an artificial intelligence computing algorithm. The communication may include a graphical user interface presentation of the request. The IP related data may be provided as metadata derived from patent authority databases.
