Zusammenfassung:Telematics control system comprising an external server to serialise a script with an external protocol buffer 102 and transmit the serialised script to a telematics control unit; and a vehicle 110 having sensors 107 and the TCU, configured to deserialise the script with a TCU protocol buffer 105, execute the script via interpreter preloaded on TCU, and store sensor data based on the script. The TCU may transmit the stored sensor data to the TCU protocol buffer, and may serialise the stored data with the TCU protocol buffer and transmit it over a content delivery network 103 via an antenna. The external server may receive the serialised sensor data and deserialise it into structured data via the external protocol buffer. The TCU may build a virtual machine 106 based on the script, and may perform operations on sensor data with the VM to produce structured data. The VM may evaluate the structured data and update itself as a response; this may involve jumping to a line of code in the script, the location of the line being based on the evaluation. Also provided is a method of doing the same.
