Zusammenfassung:	A system and method for debt retrieval administration comprises; an information storage system which stores information regarding a payment obligation (a debt) and an associated entity (a debtor); and a monitoring system which monitors the information stored in the storage system for debts which satisfies a predetermined condition, wherein a communication concerning the debt is automatically sent to the debtor if the predetermined condition is satisfied. Authorised users (such as service providers or other creditors) might enter information regarding debts into the information storage system using user interfaces. The system might also inform the respective authorised users that the debt has satisfied the predetermined condition. The predetermined condition might be the end of a time period after the debt is due to be paid. This might be used in industries where there is an emphasis on providing care rather than commercial aspects, such as child care.
