Zusammenfassung:	A tool (7) for seating a gasket or seal (1, fig 1) in a corner configuration, the tool comprising a handle section (10), a base (9) and a gasket engagement section (8), the gasket engagement section having a pitched engagement surface (11, 12) for engaging the gasket. The tool may comprise a generally triangular head as the engagement section with the base being weighted. The tool in intended for use in the installation of gaskets for tunnel sections, with particular relevance to cast-in gaskets. The intended method of operation is to engage the gasket with the gasket engagement section and strike the weighted base, with a hammer, mallet or by hand, to drive the gasket into its correct position. The gasket engagement surface can be pitched to match the angle of gasket corner sections to further aid in their installation.
