Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	A heated footrest assembly, where a passenger in a rear seat 14 can rest a limb on a support 42, 46, 82, preferably a footrest, mounted on the front seat 12, and the support contains a heating element to warm the passenger. The supports may comprise any or all of a heel rest 42, to be used when the front seat 12 is upright, the backboard 46 of the front seat 12, to be used with the front seat 12 leant forwards or the front edge 82 of the front seat 12, to be used when the front seat 12 is reclined back. Also disclosed is a method of operation whereby the vehicle designates a front heating zone and a rear heating zone, and on reclining the front seat 12, the front seats front edge is arranged to provide heating for the rear heating zone as opposed to the front heating zone.
