Zusammenfassung:An airbag includes a panel 14 having a first lobe 16 and a second lobe 18 connected at a spine 20 and affixed to each other along a seam 22. An inflation chamber is defined between the first and second lobes 16 & 18. The first lobe 16 has a tab 26 extending from and transverse to a perimeter of the first lobe 16. The tab 26 is connected to the second lobe 18, and a vent 30 is on the tab 26 and in communication with the inflation chamber. The second lobe 18 may have a cutout 44 preferably the shape of the tab 26, or a further tab (28, figs 6 & 7).
