Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus 301 for reducing hydrocarbon emissions from vehicles, which apparatus comprises a first chamber 302 for accommodating an adsorbent and a second chamber 303 for accommodating an adsorbent, wherein at least part of said second chamber 303 resides within the first chamber 302 and the second chamber 303 is offset from the centre of the first chamber 302. The two chambers 302, 303 may share a common base 330, and at least one wall of each chamber 302, 303 could be tapered so as to aid manufacture. The horizontal cross sections of the first and second chambers 302, 303 may be, respectively, U shaped and substantially rectangular. It is preferred that space is provided between the two chambers 302, 303, and also that a step 328 is provided between them. However, at least one side of the second chamber 303 could be in contact with at least one side of the first chamber 302. The apparatus could be manufactured via a single injection moulding process.
