Access system for endoscopic operations

An access system 1 for endoscopic operations consists of a trocar 2, a cover (3 figure.4) that is fittable on the trocar 2 and at least one spreading element 4 having a retaining portion (5 figure.5) and an active portion 6. The access system 1 has, between the trocar 2 and the cover (3) in the fitted state, a receiving region 7 for the retaining portion (5) of the at least one spreading element 4. Furthermore, the access system 1 can comprise an extraction bag which is expanded by the active portion 6 of the at least one spreading element 4. An access system 1 with a trocar 2 having sleeve 14 and a cover (3) which has a working duct 15 which extends concentrically through sleeve 14 is also claimed.
