| Zusammenfassung: | A live camera 2 at the front of a vehicle (e.g. bus) can show the image of the road ahead, on a rear facing display screen 4 at the back of the vehicle, e.g. to help drivers behind the vehicle to safely overtake. The screen 4 may normally show advertising, and switch to showing the view from the camera 2, when a handbrake activation switch 3 is operated. The switch 3 may consist of a motion sensor and/or solenoid and/or infrared sensor and/or door activation switch and/or GPS controlled switch and/or bus driver activated switch. Images may be stored. The parking brake switch 3 may disengage the live camera feed and engage an interactive media control unit. The system may be used on school buses, coaches, lorries or other vehicles. More than one camera 2 may be used. |
