Zusammenfassung:A method for preventing metal lines in an organic light emitting diode display device from short-circuiting comprises: forming an inorganic layer (400) on a substrate (410); forming an opening (420) on the inorganic layer, to expose a part of the substrate; forming a metal layer on the inorganic layer, the metal layer comprising two metal lines (402, 404) that are respectively located at the two sides of the opening; forming an organic layer (406) on the two metal lines of the metal layer; and forming an indium tin oxide layer (408) on the organic layer. By forming an opening on an inorganic layer, metal lines are prevented from short-circuiting.
