Fencing panel

The fencing panel comprises parallel slats 2,3 secured by battens 4,5,6 which extend across both ends of the slats. The panel has at least some flexible slats 2, each arranged with one edge clear of the opposite edge of a neighbouring slat for flexure to the leeway side of the panel and having slits 11 extending partially from the one edge towards the other edge to allow flexure of the intermediate portion of the slat between slits. The slats 2,3 are preferably weakened in between the slits 11 to form a living hinge. The portion of the slats 2,3 between slits may be thinner than the remainder of the slats. The spacing of the slits 11 preferably coincides with the spacing of the battens. The panel may have flexible slats 2 at the top of the panel and rigid slats 3 at the bottom.
