GOA drive circuit and drive method

The present invention provides a GOA drive circuit and a drive method, which are used for generating a grid pulse of a drive scanning line. The GOA drive circuit comprises: a GOA control unit, for generating a first control signal and a second control signal; a selector switch circuit, coupled between the GOA control unit and the scanning line and for outputting the grid pulse according to the first control signal and the second control signal, the grid pulse having a high level and a low level; and a filed effect tube, coupled to the selector switch circuit and for conducting the electricity in the high level phase, so that the grid pulse obliquely decreases from the high level to a predetermined level, and finally to the low level.
