Zusammenfassung:A battery case for a lead-acid battery molded from a resin material comprising an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin having a Charpy impact value of 20 KJ/m2 or more and an additive comprising brominated bisphenol A as a flame retardant, antimony trioxide and a fatty acid amide, wherein the battery case meets a flammability class of UL94V-0 and the Charpy impact value of the battery case is 10 KJ/m2 or more. The fatty acid amide may be a bis-stearic acid amide. The additive may comprise 15 to 25 parts by mass of brominated bisphenol A, 5 parts by mass or more of antimony trioxide and 0.1 parts by mass or more of a fatty acid amide per 100 parts by mass of the ABS resin used. The ABS resin may have a Charpy impact value of 25 KJ/m2 or more.
