Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a wind deflector (12) for a motor vehicle door (16), comprising a first section (20) in the shape of a corresponding horizontal section (22) of a vehicle window frame (24) and a second section (26) in the shape of an A-pillar (28) of the vehicle window frame (24). The first deflector section (20) comprises several passageway openings (30) in a horizontal segment (32) which overlaps the horizontal section (22) of the vehicle window frame (24) in the vehicle transverse direction (y) in the mounting position of the deflector (12). The through-passageways provide relief to the deflector from the effects of aerodynamic forces, especially drag at high speed. This makes it possible to reduce the required strength of the assembly, and possibly its weight. The invention furthermore relates to a motor vehicle (10), particularly to a truck, with at least one such deflector (12).
