Zusammenfassung:	A laser target 800 comprising a retroreflector 804, body 802, transmitter 830 and actuator 826; wherein the actuator 826 is configured to trigger an electromagnetic signal to be emitted from the transmitter 830; and wherein the body 802 has a spherical exterior portion, contains a cavity sized to hold the retroreflector 804, the cavity being open to the exterior of the body 802 and having at least one surface opposite the opening, the retroreflector 804 being at least partially disposed in the cavity and; the retroreflector 804 and the least one surface define a space in between. The actuator may be a button 826 and there may be a second actuator 826. The target may further comprise a temperature sensor 832 configured to measure the air temperature and send the air temperature to the transmitter 830.
