Zusammenfassung:A diamond electrochemical sensor comprises a sensing electrode formed of boron-doped diamond material and a pH changing electrode also formed of boron-doped diamond material, wherein the sensing electrode and the pH changing electrode are configured such that when placed in an aqueous solution of pH 7 the pH changing electrode can generate H+ and OH- allowing a reversible pH change over the sensing electrode across a pH range of at least 3 to 9.
