Compounds

A compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof: wherein A is selected from optionally substituted phenyl, pyridinyl and pyrazolyl; L1 and L2 are selected from a bond and a linker; R1 is a substituent; one of Z1 and Z2 is selected from a nitrogen atom and an optionally substituted carbon atom and the other of Z1 and Z2 is C-N(R5b)D-E where R5b is selected from hydrogen and a substituent, D is selected from an optionally substituted alkylene, optionally substituted heteroalkylene and an optionally substituted ring system, E is a substituent; Z3 is selected from a nitrogen atom and an optionally substituted carbon atom; R5a and Rb is selected from hydrogen and a substituent. These compounds are inhibitors of Brutons tyrosine kinase (BTK) and are useful for treating conditions treatable by the inhibition of BTK, for example cancer, lymphoma, leukemia and immunological diseases.
