Zusammenfassung: | A data storage system reconstructs data blocks in a redundant array of independent discs (RAID). The system assigns a priority to the data blocks and rebuilds them in priority order. The priority may be assigned using a configuration of the resources of the storage system, the storage volume the data blocks are stored on, the host using the data or the application using the data. The data blocks may be mapped to the array in the order of rebuilding. The priorities may be set according to a policy based on inputs received from a host computer. |
