Zusammenfassung:	A communications plug can reduce crosstalk by having one or more deliberate impedance mismatches in the communication line. This may be caused by adjusting the width of a conductor (as at 261-1, 261-2), adjusting the spacing between two conductors, or by including an image plane 292 such as a conductive layer on a PCB. The impedance may change by 20% or more at two points. Alternatively the plug may include a box section filter.
