Zusammenfassung: | An audio or video recorder enabling automated user-defined multiple indexing for enrichment of educational recordings for digital interactive playback applications is disclosed. The recorder automatically inserts user-defined index values, or meta-data, into each section of a recording, at the point when it is committed to memory or saved, or at a later point, if such indexing needs to be changed. The index values may be encoded within the file name or embedded within the file itself. In one embodiment, each recorded segment is saved to a separate file, and one index mark is assigned per file. In another embodiment, a single file may contain several recorded segments, each segment having a separate batch of index marks. The example of a sound recorder for producing an interactive audio tutorial is also disclosed. |
