Zusammenfassung:	An insulating cover 210 comprises a first portion 212 with a recess 220 adapted fit around part of the fitting/joint and associated inlet/outlet pipe sections 216, 218 and a second portion 214 with a recess adapted to fit around the remainder of the fitting/joint and associated inlet outlet pipe sections 216, 218. A thin linear hinge portion 222 connects a side of the first portion to an adjacent side of the second portion; wherein the material of construction has a thermal conductivity of less than 0_1 W/(m.K) [l kW/(m.K)]. The hinge portion has semicircular upper profile (22a, fig 5) and an arcuate lower surface (22b, fig 5) and is moulded integrally with the first and second portions to provide a unitary structure from a foam rubber type material .
