Zusammenfassung:	An electrical scooter, as a single unit has a front seat 2 and a back seat 3 behind the front seat 2. The back seat 3 may be employed to carry another person, or luggage. The back seat 3 can be manufactured separately and may include a battery 15. Feet rests 16 for the person sitting on the back seat 3 may be attached either to the back seat 3 or to the back wheel axle 8. A motor 10 and battery 12 may be mounted on a floor section of the frame. The scooter may be laterally attached to a second scooter, forming a four wheeled four seat vehicle. Alternatively, a single seat, side car may be attached to the side of the scooter to form a three seat three-wheeled vehicle.
