Zusammenfassung:An LCD device and driving method thereof are provided. The LCD device comprises; a plurality of data driver integrated circuits ICs 200 each including a gamma voltage generator 250 which generates gamma voltage; a timing controller 500 which generates an EPI packet for controlling data driver ICs ; a reference voltage generator 400 which reduces the driving voltage and supplies the reduced driving voltage to the data driver ICs; and a printed circuit board PCB 300. The reference voltage generator, the data driver ICs, and the timing controller are mounted on the PCB. A first transmission line 610 connecting the reference voltage generator and the data driver ICs, and a second transmission line 620 connecting the timing controller and the data driver ICs are also formed on the PCB. This arrangement of driving circuitry allows the area of the PCB to be reduced.
