Zusammenfassung:	A pulse detonation device 20 can provide one or more shock waves to an operating device 12. The pulse detonation device 20 comprises a pulse detonation chamber 30 providing one or more shock waves, at least one pulse detonation outlet 34 extending into the operating device 12 and in operative association with the pulse detonation chamber 30, and a rotary union 32. The rotary union 32 rotatably attaches the pulse detonation chamber 30 to the at least one pulse detonation outlet 34, wherein the at least one pulse detonation outlet 34 can move with respect to the pulse detonation chamber 30. The at least one pulse detonation outlet 34 is rotatable within the operating device 12 and can deliver the one or more shock waves to a plurality of locations within the operating device 12.
