Zusammenfassung: | There is inconvenience and cost in time and money in having to go to specialised hand rail hire companies and use forklifts or gantries to have handrails fitted to tank containers, and then return to be removed. This system is operational at all stages of the procedure and covers the full length of the tank container, it could also be used in conjunction with a harness. The system comprises end poles and connecting chains which form the railing. The end poles have a pivot pit between their ends so that the pole can be held at an end by a user on the ground and the pivot pin engaged with a corner lifting eye of the container, the poles can then be held at a vertical position in which the connecting chains are tensioned between the upper ends of the poles. There are three chains connecting the support poles above the pivot point. |
