Zusammenfassung:Provided is a debt-credit transaction system capable of more flexibly establishing a financial debt-credit transaction in an auction form. The debt-credit transaction system comprises a borrower communication device (2) for transmitting loan application information including a debt sum and a loan period, a plurality of lender communication devices (3) for transmitting loan condition information indicating the loan conditions for the loan application, and a debt-credit transaction intermediary apparatus (1) for disclosing the loan application information and the loan condition information and mediating the debt-credit transaction in the auction form. The apparatus (1) is equipped with a creating means for making a plurality of pieces of loan application information substituting for one piece of application information transmitted from the borrower communication device (2) based on the information if the transaction is not established, and a means for disclosing the plurality of pieces of loan application information created by the creating means.
